About the job role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager who can develop and implement social media strategy of our clients. Her/his main goals will be to create a vibrant online community, encourage interaction, and accelerate organic development across all social media platforms.

Eligibility/Requirement:

Proven Experience as a Social Media Manager
Strong portfolio showcasing various projects across a variety of mediums.
Proficiency in social media platforms, algorithms, and optimal methodologies
Capability to stimulate organic growth and engagement
Experience with tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite
Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
Capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet deadlines and the capacity to function well under pressure.

(Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field with experience will be preferred)

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategy
Collaborate with content creators to guarantee original, high-quality material.
Encourage virtual community engagement
Provide prompt, courteous responses to messages, comments, and questions.
Evaluate each digital marketing campaign’s performance and make recommendations for enhancements based on data insights.
Interact with senior management and other stakeholders in an effective manner.
